Distribution System

Uniform water distribution is critical for the maximum thermal performance efficiency of the cooling tower. Water distribution system manifolds and laterals are Schedule 40 PVC pipe which are rigidly supported by fiberglass supports and mechanically fastened for secure positioning and positive restraint. Square pattern water spray nozzles are ABS material and spaced to provide uniform coverage of the fill material. Varying diameter orifice inserts are strategically located over the gross area to balance the entire water distribution system and provide even water coverage for high efficiency. The TEI water distribution system is guaranteed for five (5) years of operation. Other materials of construction are available, such as: Schedule 80 PVC pipe, stainless steel and copper.
